Don't just train.
train smart.

We have spent over a decade coaching athletes across every level.

Through that experience, we learned a secret: long-term success isn't built on random intensity, it's built on structure, fundamentals, and developing the athlete behind the performance.

By developing a program that adapts to you, day after day, week after week. No matter if your goal is looking better, performing better or simply feeling better, we can make that success happen.

How we Train

For us, movement means changing the position of our bodies to acomplish a specific task.

It not only increases muscle size and force production but also builds stronger bones and more robust connective tissue. That way, it supports movement quality and protects from injury.

Structure Over Chaos

Consistency Over Extremes

2015

The Progrm is born following the breakout success of Sara Sigmundsdottir and Björgvin Karl Guðmundsson podiuming at The 2015 CrossFit Games. Coaches John Singleton and Erik Lau Kelner begin shaping what would become a decadelong coaching legacy. This foundation set the tone for a program built on detail, structure, and proven methodology.
