You’re six, eight, or 12 weeks away from your HYROX race day. You have been training hard, but have been doing it on your own and guessing what you need to some degree. 

But now your race is just around the corner and you’re looking for something with more structure, so you can gain a little more confidence in your overall fitness, and hone in your pacing strategy.

The Progrm HYROX

What You Will Receive

All three of our HYROX race prep courses provide you with five to six training days each week leading up to your race.

Each session takes 60 to 90 minutes and includes a warm-up and a mix of structured running progressions and HYROX-specific sessions, where running is combined with other stations. Twice a week, accessory work is programmed, as well.

You will also include detailed notes for each training session about the intended stimulus, videos of each movement, along with other strategic tips.
