CrossFit Last Chance Qualifier 2025

Join the CrossFit LCQ 2025, online June 12-16, for top athletes competing in 5 workouts to secure their spot at the CrossFit Games.

The countdown is on. From June 12 to 16, 2025, a select group of athletes will face their final test to secure a spot at the CrossFit Games. The Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) is the last competitive gatekeeper for those who narrowly missed direct qualification.

No crowds. No arenas. Just five workouts. One mission: qualify.

What is the CrossFit LCQ?

Hosted in partnership with Hustle Up, the Last Chance Qualifier is an online-only competition where eligible athletes must complete and submit five scored workouts.

These workouts are programmed by top-tier CrossFit coaches from across the globe to test a wide range of fitness capacities.

When: June 12–16, 2025
What: 5 workouts, scored individually
Where: Remote/online via Hustle Up
Why: Final opportunity to reach the CrossFit Games 2025

Who Can Compete?

Entry isn’t open to just anyone. Only the following athletes will receive an invite:

🥇 Top 50 finishers from the In-Affiliate Semifinals who didn’t earn a Games spot
🥈 Top 10 athletes from each In-Person Semifinal who also missed direct qualification

📝 All eligible athletes must have ranked in the top 1% of the 2025 CrossFit Open. Spots may adjust depending on prior advancements.

John Singleton, the founder of The Progrm, is known for training elite athletes, including many of Europe’s top CrossFit Games competitors. With a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, John combines science-based programming with a focus on performance and recovery. Based in Mallorca, Spain, he leads a global community dedicated to helping athletes optimize performance and longevity in the sport.
