I don’t have some CrossFit skills yet. Can I do this program?
No. The Progrm 2 is designed for elite athletes therefore as a minimum requirement you need all CrossFit skills ( e.g. Ring muscle ups, handstand walk, double unders) and the ability to at least Snatch your own bodyweight. If this isn’t you, then The Progrm 1 is the perfect option to help get you closer to meeting these requisites.
