How does this program work?
The Progrm S&C blends progressive strength cycles with smart conditioning work to improve both your power output and aerobic base. Sessions are designed with purpose — aiming for strength adaptations first, then sustainable conditioning. Training includes barbell strength work, accessory lifts, and targeted metabolic conditioning. Each training week balances intensity and recovery to ensure consistent progress without burnout.
What equipment do I need?
With just a barbell, plates, squat rack, pull up station, KB/DB, and at least 1 cardio machine (Rower/Bike/Ski) you will be able to complete 100% of the training as written.
