Each training week is perfectly balanced to get stronger, while also helping you perform better in CrossFit and stay injury free.
How does this program work?
We develop strength and power through a progressive blend of Olympic lifting, powerlifting and hypertrophy work, whilst maintaining fitness through specific conditioning pieces. We include 4 main training days per week, plus 1 optional training day. Each session is 60-90 minutes long. One day per week is focused on movement work — mobility, technique, etc. This helps with injury prevention and improving movement quality.
What equipment do I need?
With just a barbell, plates, squat rack, pull up station, KB/DB, and at least 1 cardio machine (Rower/Bike/Ski) you will be able to complete 100% of the training as written.
